Peace Foods Academy was created for people who love food. Many of us who learned to bake or cook from our mothers and those that did not would like to learn about more about cooking delicious foods and creating wonderful desserts. At Peace Foods, many of our clients love our baked goods and our foods and would like to make these products at home.

  Our philosophy is KISS – keep it super simple. Our recipes and procedures are very simple and many foods are prepared to taste. We use only the best tasting, all natural ingredients locally available for our basic cooking courses and for our international foods courses; we tell you where you can buy your ingredients.
